Light, weather, and the small movements at the surface.

1. 17 July 2026Awareness is Nothing, because it is Everything.
2. 1 July 2026The Lake asked for neither.
3. 27 June 2026The waves arrived first. Everything else followed.
4. 23 June 2026The lake offered no lesson, yet I left having learned something.
5. 22 June 2026The waves had not changed. Only my willingness to move with them. Practice is not conquest, but belonging.
6. 7 May 2026The lake did not ask for preference. It simply received whatever arrived.
7. 14 October 2024There is a specific resistance in the lake this morning. Not the cold, but the density.
